Big Star delivered our Jacuzzi J-385 2 months ahead of schedule. Great communication the entire time. The team installing was patient to make sure the tub was installed correctly and have been responsive answering all questions. We love it!

We ordered our Jacuzzi hot tub and got our delivery and setup within a week. Adrian and Cody were a great team to set up the tub and got it going quickly. They also gave a quick run-down in how to use the chemicals to keep the water looking and feeling good. Good job!

Adrian and Cody did a great job delivering and installing our hot tub. They made sure that they set it up exactly the way we wanted it. They also had to remove the existing hot tub before installing the new and a took extra measures to make sure the existing deck wouldn’t be damaged. They worked carefully and diligently. They spoke to us very respectfully, seemed happy to be here, and they were incredibly professional. A+++++++++

Chad and Mighty were very great to work with. You can tell good customer service when they openly communicate every step of the way despite market issues. The delivery team was professional and in text communication before my appointment and even delivered in light rain conditions instead of rescheduling. I am filling the tub now and am excited to jump in tonight :)
